Tim Hortons: Famous Canadian Coffee Stop, Now in PH

Coffee aficionados, make way for Tim Hortons.

? Tim Hortons – ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

? Glorietta 4, Makati City

Overall:

Straight from Canada, Time Hortons kicked off its Philippine invasion last year. They opened their first branch at Uptown Place Mall in Bonifacio Global City. Famous for their coffee and baked creations, they also offer savory sandwiches for anytime of the day.

Baked options were conveniently displayed at the counter. We love this arrangement as it made the decision process so smooth, no need to make an effort to check out what’s left on the rack behind the cashier.

Let’s take a closer look on each goodie displayed:

What we’ve tried so far:

Steak and Cheese Panini (P160) – we must say, unlike any other paninis in coffee shops, this one was packed with lots of meat. The steak was already bursting! We love it! However, we find the panini somehow hard to chew, an improvement with the bread would make this meal better.

Potato Wedges (P60) – small bowl of happiness, the wedges were not that oily and seasoned just enough.

Italiano Bagel (P180) – Tim Hortons really is generous with the ingredients, this bagel did not disappoint. It was toasted just right and the medley of ham, cheese and veggies was on point.

Triple Coffee Jelly Iced Capp, Large (P170) – compared to other coffee shops, they have a very limited selection for coffee. But rest assured, the quality is astounding, not to mention its affordable price.

Red Velvet Latte, Large (P185) – our newest favorite drink to date! We can order this everyday, The blend was perfecly fine to our preference, not too strong and not too sweet. This one leaned towards a creamy consistency.

(Left) Vanilla Iced Capp Supreme (P135) – yes, only P135! We love this more than the one with coffee jelly as this has more flavor. But for coffee aficionados, the plain Iced Capp is for you.

Timbits (P80, 10 pcs) – these fun-filled timbits were having a party in our tummies! We love them all but one stood out the most – the Birthday Cake flavor. Since then, we’ve been having the same flavor for the entire box.

Boston Creme Signature Donut (P50) – sweet and filling, a perfect match to our Iced Capp.

Official Tim Hortons merch are up for grabs, too! We’re eyeing for that tall red mug. So pretty!

Value for money: Tim Hortons is relatively cheaper than the ones we’ve usually been to. The place is homey but crowded but can be considered for our late night coffee and sweets cravings.
