Overall:

Admit it, here in our country, even on BER months, we still want something cold and something to satisfy our sweet tooth cravings. Shari Shari Kakigori House brings us these mouth-watering kakigoris, or simply Japanese shaved ice, to the Philippines. Almost all their key ingredients were sourced from Japan, ensuring the authentic Japanese taste and quality.

Their small shack is adjacent to Brown Cafe and can house several groups of dessert lovers. From our seats, we can see their open kitchen and wait for our kakigori to be done.

While waiting for our bowl, we saw this guide on how to eat their kakigori. Very informative! Kudos to this! Noted that we only have 20 seconds to take good photos. Otherwise, the ice will begin to melt. Can you follow this 20-second rule? We didn’t! Haha!

Matcha Cream Special with Kuromitsu (P380) – finely shaved ice with loads of matcha cream syrup, with cookies in the middle, topped whipped cream and drizzled with kuromitsu syrup or brown sugar syrup. The bowl is served dramatically perfect and precise. We cannot help but to eye on our orders the moment is was started to be made until it reached our table. So satisfying!

Earl Grey Milk Tea (P360) – we were so amazed how this simple bowl of shaved ice can’t bring so much joy to our hearts. As much as we love the matcha, we love this even better. This is just made with milk tea syrup and cookies in the middle. Look at the texture! What an art.

Free Mochi! Just take a photo of your order and tag and post them in IG, and show it to their staff. That’s it! Easy peasy!

Value for money: It may seem pricey in the menu but wait ’til you see the final product served in front of you, especially when you have your first scoop. It’s worth it!
